My baby girl will very soon be my toddler girl! I can't even fathom that thought, yet am enjoying this age with her so much! She is communicating so well, even if not everyone can understand, she makes herself and her needs known. Her favorite and newest words are "No way!" She doesn't always use it in the right context, but it sure seems to throw people off when she does. She is also doing really well counting to 10, learning her colors, and really loves to do puzzles. We call her our little love-bug a lot because she loves to snuggle so much; I could just squeeze her all day in that position! I just wish I could bottle that up forever! She could and would be outside all day if we let her. If there is an inclining of hope at all, she will run to get her shoes and start yelling for us to put them on and go outside, "side". Her favorite things to do outside are jump on the trampoline, especially if Jude is jumping with her, or simply just wondering around and exploring. She doesn't love to take no for an answer but luckily will only put up a small fight before forgetting about it and moving on to the next thing. She is one though cookie too and doesn't allow Jude to run all over her, although at this time, she is still pretty nice and lets him "win". They are playing so much together now, and the sound of their laughter is the sweetest thing to my ears. (let's just not mention the fact that its almost always shortly followed by someone crying!) Quinn has a pretty strange "habit" of "testing the ground" anywhere we go. She literally just likes to lay down ANYWHERE and EVERYWHERE - outside, in a public restroom, restaurants, church, etc. We have yet to figure this one out!! She has a very quirky sense of humor, so we simply just say, it's so Quinn! She literally brings light to our every day and I could not imagine life without her in our family. How its almost been two years is beyond me, but honestly it really feels like its been forever!
