Sun, sand, & family...

We had an amazing time at the beach with family.  We have gone back to 30A every other year, and each time I wonder if everyone will like it as much as the previous, and so far it hasn't disappointed!!  The kids L.O.V.E.D it! I seriously think if we would have let them, they would have stayed and played on the beach or swam in the pool at the house the entire day until they finally just fell to the ground and went to sleep...including QUINN! To help keep our sanity though, we made them take breaks and not turn into lobsters! We boogie boarded, built sand castles, fed the birds, flew kites, tie dyed our own towels, made boats to race, ate a TON of delicious food, played games, had dance parties, cookouts, and of course played the annual Thomas Family Trivia game!! I have said it a thousand times, but will say it again, we have been so richly blessed with both of our families and truly treasure every moment we get to spend together.  Doing it at the beach makes it just that much better!!! How can you not take loads of pictures at the beach...I'll try to narrow it down though!

July - Quinn (15 Months)

This month was packed full and this little one loved every bit of it!!! She seriously will try anything and really forced us to be on our toes with all of these new adventures! Quinn's biggest accomplishment is that she is fully walking!!!  She has practiced so hard this month and is now rocking it!!  She especially loves when everyone cheers for her! She is also learning that she loves to climb, so put these two things together and our"easy" baby may end up giving us a run for our money!! She loves stairs, so it has been super hard to keep her off the stairs! I will say that she is pretty good at them and can get up pretty quick. New words this month are "No", "doggie" (da-dii), "ruff ruff" (ah ah), and "Love you". She loves to say "no" whether it is echoing us, telling Jude no, or telling on herself when she is about to do something she knows she isn't supposed do (dropping food on the floor, climbing, etc.).  We just love this little girl to pieces.  She is always up for anything and can make her own fun anywhere she goes! I'm pretty sure she is a "summer" girl because she loves being outside and could play in the water all day every day! Jude can spray her, dump water all over her, splash her and she just laughs and loves it all!!

- Favorite toys: walker, mommy's makeup, pillows, water toys

-Wears 12 month clothes and some 18 month, size 4 diapers, 

- Starting to get some molars in, but they are just breaking through.
